Great product but for one thing!

This is a great product at a reasonable price and it was delivered quickly. The only problem is that it arrived In a state that I would say was not legally fit for purpose in the UK. Unless you are going to use this product in the bathroom in a shaving socket you will have to purchase a new power adapter. You wouldn't think it would be difficult to provide a 3 pin adapter (instead of the 2 pin one in the box). This way it could be used in a standard British socket. I didn't return it to Expansys because I happened to have a cable with a 3 pin plug on it that fitted the supplied 12 V power adapter. This is the 2nd Voyager Q I have had. The 1st supplier of the product provided the correct British plug (although it was a little bit more expensive). They are robust, reliable and do exactly what it says in the advertising. A really useful product!
